Diagnosed. Treated. Lab-verified.
Pure Air Restored is Mapleton, UT’s water damage restoration service. Most of the water damage we treat left mold behind, so every job leads with whole-home mold remediation: patented VaPURE™ vapor technology that treats surfaces and the air together, verified afterward by an accredited third-party lab and backed by our workmanship guarantee. We serve Provo, Orem, and every city across Utah County.
We don't close a job on a feeling — or a calendar. We close it on a lab result.

“Pete and Parker did an amazing job. From the time we discovered we had a mold issue to complete remediation was done in less than a week. That included a thorough initial assessment, testing, and then fogging the entire home. They communicated very well from start to finish and shared their expertise along the way. Highly, highly recommend these guys if you need help with a mold situation. Thanks!!”
“Could not have asked for a better experience, from initial contact to the fresh & mold-free air my family and I are breathing in now!! Highly recommend Pete & Parker for sure. Give them a call!”
“I will forever be grateful that we found Pete at Pure Air Restored! These guys are true miracle workers. We dealt with a massive mold situation about 10 years ago. We remediated, moved, threw out so many belongings and somehow it still followed us. We even moved into a brand-new home and could still smell mold, so we knew it had to be coming from our stuff. Pete and his team swooped in and absolutely saved the day. They walked through our home, explained everything in a way that made us feel totally at ease, and then fogged our entire house with their dry-fog system. It literally reached every corner of our house including closets, furniture, carpets, all of it. The process was shockingly fast and completely noninvasive (no need to move out or cover our things), and by the time they were done, the air already felt lighter. And I’m not exaggerating… the mold smell is GONE. Completely gone. My nose isn’t stuffy anymore, and for the first time in a decade, it feels like this invisible ghost that’s been haunting us has finally been put to rest. Highly, highly recommend working with Pete at Pure Air Restored! They gave us our peace back. 🙌”
“So knowledgeable and great single day fog that really cleans the air. A complete must once every couple years. Don’t let your health suffer because of some mold in the home. Call Pete now!”

“PureAir did an amazing job of removing the mold from my home. The best ever!!! Pete was extremely thorough and very kind and honest. I know their treatment is effective and safe. Very pleased!”
Our patented vapor system treats surfaces, hard-to-reach void spaces, and the air in your home — not just the places you can see. In Utah County, that means the finished basement too. So the air your family breathes the night we leave is measurably cleaner.
In and out in a single day. No relocation, no multi-week disruption.
The active ingredient is on the EPA Safer Chemical Ingredients List. Return home the same evening with kids and pets.
Every treatment is verified by an accredited third-party lab analysis. We stand behind our work — if the result doesn't hold, we make it right.
VaPURE™ vapor reaches surfaces, indoor air, wall cavities, and HVAC — the 90% of the home where conventional crews can't go, even in the newer Utah County houses built tight for energy efficiency.
Vapor reaches what scrub-and-cut crews need to break walls to find. Less mess, less rebuild, less cost.
We test the air before and after. You get the lab result on paper.
Nine services, one process: whole-home VaPURE™ vapor treatment, verified by an independent lab every time. See the full list.

Learn moreVaPURE™ vapor reaches the source of stubborn household odors that scrubbing never touches.
Learn morePure Air Restored is the only Utah County practice exclusively licensed to use Pure Maintenance's patented VaPURE™ vapor treatment — the same technology studied by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. It treats mold on surfaces and in the air, penetrating wall cavities, HVAC, and porous materials at the spore level — using an active ingredient on the EPA's Safer Chemical Ingredients List.
No improvisation. No upsell. Every project begins with a measurement and ends with one — so you know it worked.
We inspect your property to find any visible mold growth and the moisture conditions causing it — often spring snowmelt working its way indoors, or winter condensation on a cold window. Our air-testing options shed light on the scale of the problem — samples are collected and sent for analysis at an accredited third-party lab.
Our patented VaPURE™ technology, through the creation of positive air pressure, disperses our sterilant as a vapor that reaches most places mold lurks, treating mold on contact.
Our antimicrobial protectant is applied to all surfaces, creating a covalent bond. It inhibits the growth of future mold by electrostatically attracting spores to it and mechanically disrupting them on contact.
Once treatment is complete, we collect a fresh round of air samples from the same locations and send them back to the same accredited third-party lab. You receive a written before-and-after report — and we don't close the job until the spore counts clear.
“Im so thankful for this company and the swift work they did in an emergency situation. Clearing the mold spores in the air and on the surface of my belongings is my first step to recovery. I didn’t even know there was a service like this. Definitely recommend them 1000%”
Conventional remediation removes what you can see and ignores 90% of where mold actually lives — inside porous materials and your HVAC system.
Our active ingredient is on the EPA's Safer Chemical Ingredients List — independently reviewed for human and environmental safety.
At 7.5μm, the vapor disperses through the home like air, reaching cavities and surfaces that liquid sprays cannot.
Treats mold not only on surfaces but also in the air throughout the property.
Our patented VaPURE™ vapor treats your whole property in a single visit. Typically no demolition, no relocation, only EPA-recognized safer chemistry — and a third-party accredited lab confirms the result before we close the job.
Book Free ConsultationThe VaPURE™ technology Pure Air Restored uses isn't just patented — it's been studied. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and two independent research teams have evaluated it. Every paper is available below.
A six-month evaluation by the Army's Engineer Research and Development Center of the VaPURE™ application system on two occupied buildings at Fort Campbell, Kentucky — measuring both initial efficacy and recurrence.
A compiled set of GLP-compliant independent laboratory tests of the vapor peracetic acid (VPA) treatment against mold, bacteria, and viral targets — the underlying chemistry behind the Pure Air Restored VaPURE™ process.
A technical explainer of the three "magic-bullet" variables — 7.5μm particle size, vapor phase change, and dwell time — that make the treatment behave like a gas and reach where surface cleaning never does.
